Judy Mae VanArsdale was born to Otto and Eula (Wilson) Clark. She grew
up in Wann, NE and then moved to Ashland at an early age. Judy attended
grade school in Wann, NE and Ashland, NE before graduating from Ashland High
School in 1963.
Judy married Chuck Anderson on March 21, 1964 at the First Christian Church
in Ashland, NE and then later married James VanArsdale on September 24, 1998
in Wahoo, NE. She was a member of the First Christian Church in
Ashland, NE and a member of the Christian Sisters. Judy was also a member
of the American Legion Women's Auxiliary #129 and a member of the 8 & 40.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, husband, James VanArsdale,
sister, Betty Rosenboom, grand daughter, Kellie Schuster and step-son Teddy
VanArsdale.
Judy is survived by her children & their spouses, Kim & Ross Short, Michele
Hedrick, both of Ashland, NE, Jennifer & Emil Johnson, Fremont, NE, Julie
Anderson, Lincoln, NE, Cheri Riecken, Alvo, NE, Rusty Anderson,
Ashland, NE,
step-children, Jacky Griffin, Seminole, OK, Kathy & Myris VanArsdale, Cherry
Creek, SD, Bill VanArsdale, Greenwood, NE, Patty & Bruce Anderson, Waverly,
NE, 13 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, many step-grandchildren &
step-great grandchildren, brother, Bill Clark, San Jose, CA.
