E. M. Fulmer was born on December 2, 1921 to Cedric and Mary (Backemeyer) Fulmer in Greenwood, NE.  He passed away Monday, April 12, 2010 at the St. Elizabeth's Regional Medical Center in Lincoln, NE at the age of 88.

E. M. worked for Pan American Airline in Honolulu, HI for several years and then moved back to Greenwood where he worked for Burlington Northern Railroad until he retired. He received his A&E degree and was an instructor in the Army Division of the Lincoln Aeronautics School.

E. M. is survived by his sister in law Clara Fulmer, niece Alta Pershing, both of Lincoln, and other relatives.

He. was preceded in death by his brothers Woodrow Fulmer and DeAlton Fulmer, a sister in law Florence Fulmer, niece Sharon Seefeld and  nephew Gary Fulmer.
