Albert G. Hartman was born on August 4, 1920 in Omaha, Nebraska to Carl and Rosa (Laungner) Hartman. He passed away on Wednesday, October 6, 2010 in Omaha, Ne. at the age of 90. Albert graduated from Omaha Public Schools, later serving our country as S/Sgt in the US Army entering on Aug. 27, 1942 from Ft. Crook, NE. and discharged on February 12, 1946 from FT. Leavenworth, KS. Albert and his brothers had a dariy farm for many years along with farming. He was a member of the Ashland VFW #9776, the Ashland American Legion #129, as well as a member of the St. Mary Catholic Church.  His greatest hobby was his love for planes and air shows.

Albert was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Karl John, Leo, Frank, William and Joseph.
Albert is survived by his sister and brother in law Mary A. and Francis Reinke, Ashland, NE and nieces. Honorary Pallbearers are Art Laughlin, Pat Stewart, Tom Deleski, John Reid, Bob Fricke, Gary Krings, and Bob Craven.
