Lela Faye Scott, 77, died at her home in Greenwood, Nebraska on Sunday, April 18, 2010. She was born on December 19, 1932 in St. Joseph, MO to Cecil and Virginia (Cox) Ratliff. Lela grew up in the Parnell, MO area and graduated from high school there. She was united in marriage to John Scott and to this union were born two children, Ray and Linda. They lived in various states over the years and have lived the last 39 years in Greenwood.

Lela was preceded in death by her parents, husband John and brother Rayond Cox. She is survived by her son and daughter in law Ray and Susan Scott, Eagle, NE; daughter Linda Gisvold,  Greenwood, NE, son Robin Scott; 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
