Agnes was born to Joseph and Frances (Bulant) Kubik. She worked at the
Mead Ordinance Plant, the City Café, the Fairview Café and the Wahoo Care
Center. She was united in marriage to Myron Evans in Lincoln, NE on May 24,
1947. She was a parishioner at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church, a member of
the Altar Rosary Society, St. Ludmilla Guild and the Catholic Daughters.
Preceded in death by: parents, husband Myron D. Evans, stepson Dale Evans,
brothers Frank, Bill, Jerry, Stanley and Emil Kubik.
Survived by: grandson Jerry Evans, Sparks, NV, two great grandchildren,
several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
