Louis was born to Frank and Agnes (Votava) Ratkovec.
He attended country school district #90 west of Touhy. He farmed and
raised hogs and cattle throughout his life. He also operated the road
grader for Newman precinct for many years. He was a lifelong Touhy
area resident. Louis was a parishioner at St. Vitus Catholic
Church in Touhy.
Preceded in death by parents, brother Leonard L. Ratkovec,
sister Georgia Kliment.
Survived by sisters and brothers in law, Adeline and Merle Divis,
Holdrege, NE, Marie and Edwin Kucera, Valparaiso, NE, brother in law
Frank Kliment, Weston, NE, sister in law Margaret Ratkovec, Mead, NE,
many nieces, nephews and friends.
