Terri was born to Ed and Kathy (Coyle) Cherovsky. She grew up on her parents farm west of Mead and attended Mead elementary school through the eighth grade. Terri went to high school at Bishop Neumann High School, graduating in 1981. She received a Bachelor Degree in Medical Records from the College of St. Mary in Omaha in 1985. In the same year on August 17, Terri was united in marriage to Alan Luetkenhaus at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Ashland, NE. They lived in Fremont briefly and then in Mead for several years. In 2003 they moved to rural Wahoo. Terri worked in medical records at the Saunders Medical Center for 17 years. She was the supervisor for the last 6 1/2 years. Terri was a parishioner at St. James Catholic Church in Mead where she was active in the guitar choir. She was very involved with many church and school activities.

Preceded in death by infant brother Kevin Cherovsky, mother in law Blanche Luetkenhaus, grandparents Joe and Mary Cherovsky, Don and Genevieve Coyle, nephew Keithen Weist.

Survived by her husband Alan, daughter Sarah and her fiancé Derek Divis, sons Ryan and Lee, all of Wahoo, parents Ed and Kathy Cherovsky, Mead, NE, brother and sister in law Tom and Kim Cherovsky, Wahoo, sister and brother in law Laura and Karl Weist, Colon, NE, father in law Lorus Luetkenhaus, Ashland, NE, many nieces and nephews.
