James "Jim" Noha

Jim Noha died Friday at his home after a lengthy illness. He was born to Frank and Rose (Lukas) Noha.
Jim graduated from Wahoo High School in 1962 .  He served in the US Navy. Jim married Connie Helsing on June 23, 2006 in Plattsmouth, NE.  After graduation he joined the US Navy. Later he made his home in Estes Park, CO before returning to Wahoo where he worked as a Deputy Sheriff for several years. He also worked for Oden Enterprises in Wahoo before retiring from ADM in Lincoln in the mid 90's. After retirement he enjoyed managing the Eagle's Club in Wahoo for the several years. Jim loved the outdoors and Nascar Racing. He was a member long time member of the F.O.E. Aerie #2971 of Wahoo, NE.

Jim was preceded by his parents and survived by his wife Connie Noha, Wahoo, NE, sons, Dusty Noha, Omaha, NE and Nate Noha, Gypsum, Colorado, 2 grandsons, sisters, Kae Sanderson, Colon, Nebrasak and Shari Warriner, Wahoo, Nebraska and many nieces and nephews.
