Mark A. Wagner, age 37 of Wahoo, NE died December 14, 2009. He was born October 10, 1972 in Omaha to Richard and Joyce (Meints) Wagner. Mark grew up in Millard and was active in Boy Scout Troop #330. He graduated from Millard South High School in 1991. Following high school he attended a technical school for two years and received an associate degree in heating and cooling systems. He worked at Fred's HVAC and Frazier HVAC. In recent years he worked at Flynn HVAC in Valley where he had plans to become the owner soon. Mark was married to Elizabeth Proett on July 27, 2007. Mark had refurbished the old District 44 schoolhouse which had been their home southwest of Wahoo. He was a member of the Pioneer Four Wheelers Club.

Mark is survived by wife Elizabeth, children, Ashlie, Alaya, Reuben and Eli, all of Wahoo, parents Richard and Joyce Wagner, Millard, NE, brothers Kevin (Dawn) Wagner, Elkhorn, NE, Douglas Wagner, Steve (Shaena) Wagner, Omaha, sister Andrea Wagner, Omaha, niece Jayden Wagner, grandmother Evelyn Meints, Omaha, parents in law, Don and Judy Proett, grandfather in law, Reuben Caha, all Wahoo, brother in law Andrew (Staci) Proett, Lincoln, NE, many aunts, uncles, cousins. Preceded in death by grandparents. Funeral service Friday, Dec. 18, 2009, 11:00 A.M., First Presbyterian Church, Wahoo, visitation Thursday, 4 - 8:00 P.M. with a rosary at 7:00 P.M. at Svoboda Funeral Home, inurnment at a later date. Casket Bearers are Kevin, Doug and Steve Wagner, Isaac Powell, Phil Ward, Jason Moore and Tom Trutna.
