Donald J. Focher, age 68, was a resident of Prague, NE.  He passed away on October 19, 2010 in David City, NE.  On October 19, 1942, Donald was born to Joseph Jr. and Agnes (Paseka) Focher in David City, NE.  He grew up near Bruno, NE and attended a nearby country school. He later graduated from David City High School in 1961. From his high school days forward, he farmed with his father near Bruno. On January 25, 1964, Donald married Darlene Bohac at St. Vitus Catholic Church in Touhy, NE. They lived on a farm near Bruno where he farmed raising grain, cattle, hogs and sheep. He also worked for Economy Housing, Proskovec Construction, Morris Havlovic and Timpte Incorporated throughout the years. He was a longtime parishioner at Sts. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church in Plasi.

Donald was preceded in death by his  father Joseph Focher Jr., grandson Jonathan Engle, nephew Gary Macholan, brother in law Dewayne Bohac. He is survived by his wife Darlene, children and spouses Denise and Mark Janak, Brainard, NE, Deann Engle and special friend Jason DeBolt, Ceresco, NE, Dale and Lori Focher, Bruno, NE, Doreen and David Gibbons, Schuyler, NE, and Dean Focher, Prague, NE; grandchildren Sarah, Michaela and Jacob Janak, Michael Engle, Bethany and Zane Focher, Colin and Matthew Gibbons; mother Agnes Focher, David City, NE; father and mother in law Adolph and Rose Bohac, Valparaiso, NE.
