Margaret M. Rezac, age 91 of David City, NE, formerly of Valparaiso, NE,
died April 28, 2010 at David Place in David City. She was born in rural
Weston, NE on July 6, 1918 to Josef and Antoinette (Fidler) Meduna. Margaret
grew up on a farm near Weston and went to elementary school at District #74

depression era. On September 28, 1936, she was united in marriage to Adolph
Rezac at St. Vitus Catholic Church in Touhy. They made their home on a farm
in rural Valparaiso for nearly 50 years. In 1986, the couple retired to
Valparaiso. That was her home until two years ago when she moved to Davids
Place in David City. Margaret enjoyed gardening and made the best potato
dumplings. When Adolph was alive, they enjoyed dancing to Czech music and
travelling. They celebrated their 45th, 50th and 60th wedding anniversaries.
Margaret was dedicated to her family and her children. She was a parishioner
at St. Vitus Church and a member of St. Vitus Altar Society since 1936.
Margaret is survived by sons and daughters in law, Gene Rezac, Phil and Judy
