Richard John Rezac was born on June 24, 1938 to John Edward and Rose
H. (Bouc) Rezac in Wahoo, Nebraska. He attended District #44, later
graduating from Wahoo High School. As a youth, he was active in 4-H
and later a 4-H leader. Richard coached the Westside Hustlers
Basketball team . Richard was a lifelong farmer in Saunders County. He
loved making pinewood derby cars as a hobby.
Richard was a member of the American Legion #308 of Weston, and a member of
the Eagles club #2971.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents and step-daughter Michelle Fender.
He is survived by his son Michael R. Rezac of Wahoo, NE; sister Rosemary
Rezac, Fremont, NE; Stepchildren Mark Lackey, Marsha Otte, Joann Whisenhunt,
all Wahoo; Step Grandchildren, relatives and friends.
